Hi Fumio Akemasa,

The most likely reason for the error is a conflict with another plugin or theme. You will need to troubleshoot this to determine the source of the error as per our troubleshooting guide. The one thing that jumps out at me is the cache clearing plugin which tells that you most likely have a caching tool on your site—take a look to see if the PDF Embedder scripts are being cached / minified with that tool and exclude them. The other possibility is a conflict with another of the plugin or the theme itself.
